Courtyard Cottage is a spacious countryside cottage with picturesque views across Park Farm. Downstairs there is an entrance hallway with separate WC. The large open plan kitchen and dining area has island seating for four, as well as a large kitchen table making the perfect communal social area. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. A stable door leads you to a private patio with seating area to enjoy in the summer months as well as a communal grass area which is shared with the adjoining cottages.
From the kitchen a door leads into the sitting room which has a sofa bed so can be made into an additional bedroom on request (extra charge). This snug sitting room has an electric log burner to be enjoyed on colder evenings as well as a smart TV. An external door gives access to an additional courtyard garden with outside seating. A tranquil private place to enjoy in the warm evenings and summer days.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom which benefits from underfloor heating and bath with an overbath shower. Courtyard Cottage has two double bedrooms with kingsize beds. The main bedroom has doors which open to a Juliet balcony with gorgeous views over the fields, and also has an ensuite shower room with underfloor heating. The second bedroom has an original fireplace which has been retained for character, but no longer working!
Courtyard Cottage is the largest of our three cottages and sleeps 4-6 people.
